Most business podcasts become content chores
Most experts don't need another content channel to manage. They need a better reason to build trust with the right people.
A podcast can do that — but only when the strategy, guest ecosystem, interview flow, production, and follow-up assets are working together. Without that, even a well-produced show becomes another task on the calendar.
- The show has no clear business purpose
- Guest selection feels random
- Episodes are published but not leveraged
- The host feels underprepared
- The podcast doesn't create enough authority
- The team doesn't have time to manage production
The podcast is not the product. The conversation is.
The right podcast gives you a reason to start meaningful conversations with people already connected to your market: future clients, referral partners, collaborators, industry peers, and credibility partners.
FullCast helps turn those conversations into polished weekly episodes, useful content, and long-term relationship assets. The goal isn't to chase downloads — it's to build a show that earns trust before the sales call, deepens your authority, and gives you a repeatable reason to connect with better-fit people.

Founder-led. System-driven. Built with care.
FullCast is intentionally boutique. You're not handed off to a bloated production machine or a junior account manager. The system is led by Harry Duran, a podcast host and agency founder with more than a decade of experience launching, producing, and growing authority-building shows.
Harry has hosted Podcast Junkies since 2014 and founded FullCast in 2015. Since then, FullCast has helped launch more than 130 podcasts for founders, coaches, consultants, and expert-led brands. Harry also hosts the Vertical Farming Podcast, where he has generated more than $100K in sponsorship revenue through a niche, relationship-driven podcast strategy.
A decade of building shows that build trust

Frequently asked
Do you share pricing?
There's no public pricing. The partnership is tailored to your show and goals, so we qualify fit and budget privately through the application, then discuss specifics together on the Fit Call.
How long is the partnership?
Six months — long enough to build real momentum in your positioning, guest relationships, and a growing library of trust-rich content rather than a quick burst that fades. At the end of the engagement, you can choose to renew for another six-month partnership to keep that momentum compounding.
Do episodes have to be video?
Video is included by default. It produces the most flexible, repurposable content and the strongest authority signal across the platforms your audience already uses.
What do you handle, and what do I handle?
We build the strategy, guest pipeline intelligence, interview preparation, production, and content multiplication. You own the relationships — approving guests, sending invitations, and following up — because those are strongest coming from you.
Is this for a brand-new show or an existing one?
Both. We help new shows start with the right foundation, and we reposition existing shows for stronger structure, better guest strategy, and clearer business alignment.
What exactly is a Fit Call?
A focused conversation to look at your offer, audience, and current authority position, and to decide together whether a podcast-led relationship strategy makes sense for your business. It's not a pitch.
